After logging into Google Sheets, click on the 3 lines seen above and then click on Settings.

In this screen, turn on the toggle button in front of the option.
Now click on OK button.
Now you have to download Google Docs Offline extension in your Chrome browser. For this, you open the Chrome extension page and then type “Google Docs Offline extension” in the search bar, download and install it as shown in the screen shot below. You can also search it in Google.
Your work is almost done, but now you have to see one more setting and for that you have to open Google Drive, then the icon of the setting will appear in the top right corner, click on it and then in the opened window “Create” , open and edit your recent google doc, sheets and slides files on this device while offline” Turn it on and then press the done button, as you can see in the below screen shot.
